Multi-currency ERP: buy in HKD and RMB, sell in USD
When factories quote in one currency and customers pay in another, the margin hides in the conversion. BOEY shows it before you quote, and keeps the books right after you ship.
Margin before you quote
Factory quotes arrive in the factory's currency. BOEY converts each one at the rate you set, compares factories side by side and shows your margin against the selling price at each quantity. The lowest cost is marked so the decision takes seconds, not a spreadsheet.
Books in your base currency
- Choose a base currency, for example USD for a Hong Kong sourcing company or INR for an Indian trader.
- Each voucher line can carry its own currency and rate.
- Receipts, payments, ledgers and trial balance stay in the base currency.
Credit and orders across currencies
Every customer order is checked against the customer's credit limit, and over-limit orders wait for approval with the reason logged.
Exchange-difference handling and reporting follow your chart of accounts; we set these up with your accountant during the move.
